Courses for children from six months to preschool age take place in the SWIMMZONA. The pool measures 8x3.3m with a depth of 110 cm and maintains a water temperature of 31°C. Water quality is ensured by a UV lamp and sand filtration.
👶 Babies Swimming with Parents: For infants from six months to 3-4 years, Monday – Friday, 9:00-14:00. Includes 10 lessons (30 min each), 5 min pre/post-lesson pool play, 30 min sauna access for parents, and free cafe/playroom access. Focuses on water comfort, diving, and psychomotor development.
👧 Preparatory Courses for Swimming Without Parents: For children aged 3-4 years, Monday – Friday, 12:00-16:30. Aims for child independence in the water with an instructor.
🧒 Children Swimming Without Parents: For children up to approximately six years, one semester, 1x weekly, 45 minutes. Focuses on achieving the necessary swimming level for advanced training.
Exercise classes are held in the GYMZONA on the 2nd floor, featuring two halls. A smaller, multifunctional hall is used for physiotherapy and individual lessons, while a larger 98 m2 hall hosts children's and mothers' exercise lessons or free unguided sessions.
This cafe with a children's playroom is open to the public, seating up to 60 people with outdoor seating in summer. It offers coffee, lemonades, soft drinks, sweet and savory snacks, and soups. Baby food can be warmed upon request. Course participants receive free entry to the playroom for a certain period. The playroom is divided into sections for toddlers and older children.
ZONA V POHYBU KBELY provides women's and men's changing rooms adapted for parents with babies and children. Changing tables are available in restrooms and changing rooms, with changing mats for floor use. Showers offer mats and playpens for babies, and makeup remover for mothers. A large lobby with lockable lockers is available for exercise clients.
