🚗 Driving: From Olomouc (E 442), take Exit 290 (Velký újezd) towards Výkleky. In the village, after the third left turn (in a right-hand bend, immediately after the village sign), turn left onto a field road leading to the paid parking lot.
🚌 Public Transport: A bus stop is located nearby.
Parking is available at a paid lot near the quarry (50 CZK/day). Due to car theft risk, it's recommended to park in the village near the municipal office or fire station, then walk to the quarry. Strict prohibition of standing/stopping along the main road in Výkleky.
Flush toilets are available near the caravan.
A kiosk offers draft drinks, specialty coffee, and smoked dishes. Mobile Bistro No. (burgers) and Opočno ice cream are also available during summer.
Camping, fires, and felling trees are strictly prohibited outside the designated camping zone. A legal spot is now available for tents, caravans, and bivouacking with specific fees.
The quarry offers excellent diving conditions with an average visibility of 5m and depths up to 10m. Underwater attractions include an "underwater highway" (guiding line), a Christmas tree, a Škoda 1203 car body, a bus stop with a mirror, and a bathtub keson. Diving trips are regularly organized, including equipment rental.
Water temperatures range from 3°C in winter (Jan-Feb) to 18°C in summer (Aug-Sep).
🤝 Operated by Bohuslav Romsy, who leased the area from the Obec Výkleky (Výkleky Municipality). The quarry is owned by 32 restituentů represented by the local mayor.
