This is a peaceful spot for a dip in a natural setting. The water is often warm, and there are small grassy areas to relax. It's a great place to connect with nature and you can even see carp in the water. For those who prefer to swim au naturel, there's an unofficial nudist beach on the western side towards the Kosov quarry.
Heads up! Swimming is strictly forbidden here as the reservoir is a source of drinking water. There are signs indicating this, and you could face a hefty fine if caught. Local fishermen are known to report swimmers to the police. Also, some visitors have reported litter like plastic bottles and wrappers in the water.
Parking can be a bit tricky. While it's officially forbidden to park on the adjacent road, you'll find spots between the concrete posts lining the roadside where people usually leave their cars.
