Stránská skála

Why Go

Why Avoid

⚠️ Safety concerns: Old top-roping anchors are mostly removed or unreliable; current setup requires bringing your own 30mm metal rod for top-roping, which is risky.
🚫 Rules: Only removable protection is allowed for free climbing; no hammering in pitons/bolts, no damaging or altering the rock surface (chipping, gluing).
🚫 Restrictions: Removal of vegetation or stones is prohibited.
🧹 Maintenance: Climbers are expected to participate in rock clean-ups twice a year.
🧗‍♀️ Difficulty: Routes are mostly harder (5-7 UIAA), and holds can be slippery.
