Located near the village of Stádlec in South Bohemia, this is the last surviving Empire-style chain bridge in the Czech Republic. Originally built over the Vltava, it was moved to its current location over the Lužnice river and is a popular spot for tourists and photographers.

Constructed between 1847 and 1848, this 157-meter long and 6-meter wide bridge was originally built over the Vltava river. It was later dismantled and re-erected over the Lužnice river near Stádlec in May 1975 to save it from the Orlík Reservoir. Its design features two double-curved chains passing through stone pylons, anchoring into masonry blocks, with a wooden deck connected by vertical rods.
