📜 Sport Center Palmovka, opened in 2002, is a comprehensive indoor sports facility in Prague, offering a wide range of activities for all ages and skill levels.

🧗♀️ Climbing Walls: Explore 700m² of artificial climbing walls across 4 halls, including a 14-meter high wall with over 120 routes. Specific areas like "Bazén" (vertical/overhang), "Akvárko" (stalactites), "Převisy" (8m overhangs), "Zahrádka" (training), and two boulder areas ("Starý boulder" and "Nový boulder jeskyně") cater to all levels. Equipment rental is available.
💪 Gym: A spacious 300m² gym, equipped with Classic gym machines, MATRIX treadmills, STARTRAC SPINNER bikes, and Concept 2 rowers. It features free weights (2.5kg to 45kg) and a boxing bag. Professional trainers and training plans are available.
🤸♀️ Aerobic Halls: Three aerobic halls totaling 200m² host various classes like aerobic-mix, body-styling, energy mix + overball, power yoga, and stretching.
👨👩👧👦 Courses: Climbing courses are offered for beginners, advanced climbers, and popular climbing clubs for children and youth (more info on Namche.cz).
🧖♀️ Relaxation: Saunas and a fit bar are available for relaxation and refreshments.
🚫 Voucher Restrictions: Vouchers (Flexipass, Relaxpass, Unišek, Unišek plus, Ticet - multi) cannot be exchanged for cash, must be used in full, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
⚠️ Manipulation Fee: A manipulation fee of 4 CZK per 50 CZK voucher value applies when purchasing multi-entry passes with vouchers or BENEFIT system.
🔒 Lockers: Lockers must not be left locked overnight as they are disinfected daily; users can bring their own lock or purchase one at reception for 60 CZK.
🔞 Age Restriction: Entry to the sports facility is from 15 years of age. Those under 15 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
🎟️ Entry Fees: Student entry to the gym and climbing wall is 75 CZK (Mon-Thu last entry 16:00, all day Fri-Sun).

💰 Hall Rental (per hour):
Po-Čt 17:00 - 19:30: Small hall: 250 CZK, Medium hall: 595 CZK, Large hall: 790 CZK + 10 CZK/person.
Other times: Small hall: 250 CZK, Medium hall: 370 CZK, Large hall: 525 CZK + 10 CZK/person.
