Why Avoid

🌙 Overnight stays are not permitted in the Heide
🚧 Some paths may be temporarily closed, especially in winter, for landscape maintenance

🗓️ Natur-Erlebniszentrum:

  • April 1 - November 5: Monday - Sunday, 10:00 - 17:00
  • Closed for winter break from November 6th until March 31st.
    🌳 Nature Reserve: The general Heide is open year-round with no time restrictions.

Getting There

🚗 By Car: From A10 exit "Berlin Spandau" onto B5 towards Berlin Spandau, then follow signs to Elstal / Olympisches Dorf, Sielmann-Stiftung.
🚌 By Public Transport: Regional train to Elstal station, then Bus 668 towards Wustermark to "Zum Erlebnis-Dorf" stop, followed by a 1.2 km walk.
🚶‍♀️ On Foot/Bike: 14 entrances available; nearest to the center is in Elstal near Karls Erdbeerhof.

🅿️ Free parking available at PARKPLATZ ELSTAL and 47 free Pkw-Parkplätze (2 barrier-free) at the Natur-Erlebniszentrum.
