Open daily from 9 AM.
Closing times vary by month:

• January, February, November, December: 4:30 PM (last admission 4 PM)
• March, October: 5:30 PM (last admission 4:30 PM)
• April, May, June, July, August, September: 6 PM (last admission 5 PM)
  Extended hours in August: Every Friday and Saturday until 10 PM.
  Open on Sundays and public holidays.

Two main entrances: Main entrance (near bus stop) and Entrance Ibex (side entrance, near Alpine ibex enclosure).
Walkway connection from Entrance Ibex to Hellbrunn palace gardens (gate locked outside zoo hours).
