πŸ“œ Historically significant beacons built in 1924, guiding ships to Melbourne. They mark the center of the Port Melbourne Channel from Port Phillip Bay. Consist of a wooden front beacon offshore and a concrete rear beacon 600 meters inland, now surrounded by homes in Beacon Cove estate. The 26-meter-high rear beacon has a narrow 1.5-degree arc.
