The Municipal Museum in Żory presents two permanent exhibitions: 'Our Identity. A Pretext for Conversation' and 'Polish Exploration of the World.' The first tells the history of Żory and Upper Silesia, part of which was annexed to Poland in 1922. The second speaks of the fates and scientific achievements of Polish researchers and travelers who contributed to our knowledge of the world.

📜 Established in 2000, housed in the neo-Renaissance Haering Villa (1908) since 2014.
