Ferrata Mlynářův kámen is an easy via ferrata on a basalt rock formation near Dolní Zálezly, offering stunning views of the Labe river valley and Porta Bohemica. It was established in 2021 and is suitable for beginners.

🧗♀️ The Mlynářův kámen massif also features 35 traditional climbing routes (UIAA 2-6+), some suitable for top-rope.
🚶♀️ Connects to scenic hiking trails, including the blue trail along Moravany stream with a waterfall, and the green trail from Dolní Zálezly.

⚠️ The ferrata is relatively short (approx. 60 meters of steel rope), making it not ideal for a full-day trip on its own.
🧭 Finding the start of the ferrata can be challenging; it's recommended to follow marked tourist paths.
⛑️ Rockfall is possible, so a climbing helmet is advisable.
🌿 In spring, the rock can be overgrown, and the path may be less trodden.

🍽️ Food: A domestic pancake house is available in Moravany (open weekends only, no card payments). Refreshments can be found at the viewpoint in Dubičky.

🚆 Train: Accessible by train to Dolní Zálezly from Ústí nad Labem or Lovosice.
🚌 Bus: Ústí nad Labem city bus line No. 15 serves Dolní Zálezly.
🚢 Boat: Possible to arrive by excursion boat to Dolní Zálezly from Ústí or Litoměřice.
🚶♀️ Walking: Shortest path from Dolní Zálezly is 2 km on the green trail. From Dubice parking, it's a 15-minute walk to Mlynářův kříž, then 10 minutes to the ferrata start.
