The site is not barrier-free due to stairs (two floors), thresholds, and narrow entrances. Immobile (wheelchair) visitors can visit the ground floor (changing rooms and some exhibitions) or take an outdoor tour with minor difficulties. The route is passable for visitors using crutches. Separate guided tours with touchable exhibits can be arranged for blind and visually impaired visitors.
Small pets are allowed in arms or a bag with their owner during tours. A pen is available for large dogs.
An educational program "With the Gnome Michal" is prepared for kindergartens and 1st-grade primary school, featuring interactive activities like trying on miner's helmets and sorting coal.
The restaurant "U Cingra" is available during the week, offering a menu. On Saturdays and Sundays, a limited selection of snacks and meals is offered.
Photography and filming for personal use are permitted in the exterior. Indoors, photography without flash, tripod, or selfie stick is allowed only in rooms specified by the guide. Commercial use requires prior written arrangement. Drones are prohibited.
