📜 The Městská hora complex in Beroun features a unique observation tower built on a water reservoir, a technical monument from 1936. It offers panoramic views of Beroun and surrounding natural areas. The complex also hosts the Městské medvědárium, a bear enclosure, children's playgrounds, and one of the longest stainless-steel slides in the Czech Republic (44 meters!).
🔍 The tower, originally an extension of the municipal water reservoir, stands 13.6 meters tall with its observation platform at 10.8 meters, accessible via 95 steps (29 to entrance, 66 inside). It was reconstructed and reopened in 1999.
