A beautiful former quarry that's become a popular spot for a refreshing swim. The water is generally clear, though it can sometimes turn green.
It's a scenic place with grassy areas perfect for laying down a blanket and relaxing. There's a large, deep lagoon for proficient swimmers and a separate, very shallow pond for small children, making it a great family destination. The access to the water from the main beach is a mix of sand and pebbles.
Getting into the water can be tricky due to sharp rocks, so be careful. Also, facilities are very limited; the toilets and food stalls that were once there have been removed.
Access to the quarry itself is free.
There's a parking lot right by the quarry. A small fee (around 20 CZK) might be charged.
Be aware that there are no public toilets available at the location.
