Generally open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM (pools close 30 minutes before the complex closes).
Main season runs from June to August, with reduced operations in September.
Swimming in cold weather (below 20 °C) is possible by telephone arrangement.

Family Admission options available (e.g., 1 adult + 2 children: 200 CZK).
Group admission for children (schools, camps): 40 CZK (accompanying adults free).
Admission from 4 PM (basic): 90 CZK.
Two hours before closing: Adults 60 CZK, Children 40 CZK.
Permanent Tickets (transferable, valid once daily) available: 7-day (280 CZK), Monthly (1,000 CZK), June–August (2,000 CZK), July–August (1,500 CZK).
Free bicycle parking is available in a locked yard behind the ice cream stand; bicycles are not allowed inside the complex.
