Important Rules & Regulations

🚫 Stay on marked paths, especially in national nature reserves.
🐾 Keep dogs under control; do not feed wild animals or disturb nesting birds in reeds during spring.
🏕️ Camping and overnight stays in tents or bivouac shelters are prohibited; bivouacking (sleeping under the open sky) is allowed with respect for nature.
🔥 Open fires are strictly forbidden outside official campsites due to high fire risk.
🚗 Motor vehicles and caravans are restricted to designated roads and parking areas; no driving on forest or field roads.
🗑️ Take all your trash with you.
🚴‍♀️ Cycling is permitted on many paved forest and field roads, and quiet roads, but avoid tourist footpaths to prevent erosion and ensure safety.
✈️ Drone flying requires permission from the nature protection authority.
🧗‍♀️ Climbing is allowed only on designated terrains with the consent of the CHKO Administration; bouldering is not permitted, and magnesium use on sandstone is forbidden.
🎣 Fishing is regulated by the Czech Anglers' Union; camping and open fires are prohibited while fishing.
🗺️ Geocaching is allowed, but new caches require consultation with the CHKO Administration and adherence to rules to prevent site damage.
