Κavalikefta Beach
Kevalikefta
A beautiful, secluded pebble beach known for its giant boulders and crystal-clear water. Can get big waves, so check the conditions before you go.

Kavalikefta Beach is a breathtaking escape on Lefkada's west coast, a hidden gem perfect for nature lovers. It's known for the huge, dramatic white rocks scattered across the shore and in the turquoise water, making it a fantastic spot for photos and relaxation.

Why go

It has a more peaceful, untouched vibe than the bigger, more famous beaches. The wild, fascinating landscape offers a great feeling of seclusion and privacy. [1] It's an adventure to get to, but totally worth it for the stunning views and unique scenery.

Why avoid

On some days, the waves can be huge, which might make swimming difficult or unsafe, especially right by the shore among the rocks. Some visitors have also found the water isn't always as clear as at nearby Porto Katsiki or Egremni.

Checklist

Beach shoes are a good idea because of the mix of soft and large pebbles on the shore.

Cost

  • Parking: €10
  • Sunbeds: €15 for a set of two sunbeds and an umbrella.

There is a bar on-site if you want to grab a coffee or a drink and just enjoy the view.
