• Kroužek (Club) 6 - 14 years: Regular weekly classes for beginners and advanced students during school semesters.
• Výkonnostní lekce (Performance Lessons) 12+ years: Intensive twice-weekly training for advanced parkourists, includes free Open Training access.
• Rodiče s dětmi (Parents with Children) 6 - 9 years: Coached weekend sessions for parents and children to train together.
• Lekce (Lessons) 15+ years: Detailed weekly parkour lessons for beginners and advanced participants during school semesters.

🏕️ Camps

• Příměstské tábory (Suburban Day Camps) 6 - 14 years: Five-day parkour camps at the hall during holidays, with training, games, and creative activities.
• Letní tábory (Summer Camps) 10 - 14 years: Week-long overnight camps held in nature in the Český ráj region (takes place outside the Prague hall).

• Parkour Night: Overnight training and sleepover for groups by appointment (20:00 to 9:30), unsupervised for intermediate+ parkourists.
