The Jiraska and Vančátka quarries are suitable for swimming, but be aware the water is cold and the banks consist of sharp rocks, so increased caution is advised.

Entry to the quarries is free of charge.
From Cholín, take road no. 102 towards Obory. Approximately 500m past Žebrák, turn sharply right at a larger crossroads, then after about 50m, turn onto a field path leading to the forest edge.
Alternatively, from Nečín, follow the yellow tourist mark for 400m, then continue on an unmarked forest path to Jiraska, Špic, and Vančátka quarries.
⚠️ There is no tourist mark leading directly to Jiraska and Špic quarries.
Free parking is available by the side of the main road near the quarries.
You can also park in the center of Nečín, where a bus stop is located.
No refreshments are available directly at the quarries, so it's recommended to bring your own water and snacks.
A restaurant 'U Jezírka' is located in nearby Hřiměždice.
