  • No rest day.

  • Monday: Closed (also on holidays)
  • Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00
  • Sunday and Holidays: 10:00 – 17:00
  • ⚠️ Some animals (mice, snakes, birds) are in winter quarters and not visible to visitors.

🧒 7 - 17 years:

  • €2.00 (October - March)
  • €2.50 (April - September)
    🧑 From 18th birthday:
  • €4.00 (October - March)
  • €5.00 (April - September)
    🆔 Please bring identification for age verification.

🅿️ Parking

Limited parking along Nymphaeaweg.
🚫 Keep passing bays clear (absolute no-stopping zone).
🚫 Do not park on the dashed area between the parking lot and the rowing club entrance, or after the rowing club entrance.
🚨 The western part of Nymphaeaweg is a rescue route and closed to vehicles.
🚲 Bicycle stands are provided; arrival by bike is encouraged.

🍽️ Food

The Nymphaea-Gaststätte (restaurant) is available for table reservations, particularly for children's birthdays.

🚧 Important Visitor Information

🗓️ Construction (July 21 - approx. August 1, 2025): Floor laying will occur on the ground floor of the new building, impacting access to the temporary terrariums.
⚠️ Road Closure (from Monday, May 12, 2025, for approx. 6 weeks): The roundabout at Fritz-Müller-Straße near the Tierpark will be closed due to construction. Vehicles will be redirected via Zeppelinstraße.

🤝 Volunteer Opportunities

The Tierpark is actively seeking volunteers to assist with feeding and caring for birds, hoofed animals, or in aquaristics.
