🗓️ In winter (November to February): Saturdays and Sundays at 12 p.m.
📚 Castle Museum & Tower: 🗓️ Closed for winter break from November 3, 2025, through Friday, March 27, 2026.
👥 Guided tours for groups available by arrangement.
🍽️ Castle Tavern: 🗓️ During the off-season (from November 3), open Friday through Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

⚠️ Limited Accessibility: The Renaissance building (museum) is only accessible via a stone spiral staircase and is not barrier-free.
Accessible Areas: Disabled toilets are available. The flight demonstration area and castle gastronomy (tavern, part of terrace, event rooms) are barrier-free.
❌ The tour through the medieval kennel grounds is not barrier-free.

🛣️ By Car/Bus: Easily accessible via A6 (exit Bad Rappenau) or B27 (Gundelsheim). Follow brown signs. Separate forest parking for buses (10 min walk).
🚆 By Train: Nearest station is Gundelsheim/Neckar (Württemberg), 30-45 min walk. Bus from Gundelsheim station to Neckarmühlbach station (15 min walk).
🚢 By Boat: Romantic journey on the Neckar from Heilbronn/Gundelsheim. 30-45 min walk from Gundelsheim boat landing.
🚶️ On Foot (from Neckarmühlbach center): Approx. 15 min walk up the local road, then staircase to the castle.
