• Operation: During summer, only a limited part of the Forum Romanum Wellness is open; Pálava Wellness is closed.
• Rules: Entry is for ages 15 and over. It is a no-swimsuit zone.

• Tickets: Online tickets are cheaper. Enter through designated entrance A and use the self-service kiosk.
• Children: Under 15 must be accompanied by a person over 18. Children under 3 are not allowed in pools except for paddling pools (from 1 year).
• Group Discounts: 10% for 20-39 people, 20% for 40+ people.
• Payment Methods: Accepts cash (CZK/EUR), credit/debit cards, and various benefit vouchers/cards (Sodexo, Unišek, Edenred, Benefit Plus, Pluxee, MultiSport).
• Lost Chip Fee: 100 Kč plus charges incurred, up to 4,500 Kč if chip number cannot be provided.
• Hygiene: Visitors must shower thoroughly without swimsuits before entering pools.
